Description
Custom 5S Shadow Board, 1800 x 800 mm, for Container Devanning Equipment
Give every tool a home with a custom shadow board made for your container devanning equipment. This 1800 x 800 mm board is laid out to your tool list, with each item shown in its own outlined position. Anyone can see at a glance what belongs where, and what is missing before the next container is opened.
Because each board is made to order, the layout, labels and colours match your site. Add your company logo, area or location name, and instructions so the board fits your 5S program and tool-control system. Colour-coding can mark zones or tool groups, and it helps keep equipment from wandering between areas.
Hooks and holders are stainless steel, and the board graphics are printed directly onto the board rather than applied as peel-off stickers. That makes the board washable and suited to busy receiving and warehouse environments.
