Vikan's Hand Scraper is purpose-built for the fine detail work a brush can't handle — narrow enough to work inside bowls, rounded equipment and tight corners, with a blade sharpened on both sides to loosen stubborn pastry, chocolate and burnt-on food residue. At 75mm, it's a precise tool for exactly the kind of stuck-on mess that would otherwise clog a brush entirely.

The Table & Floor Scraper steps up to a full-size 247mm blade for larger surfaces — floors, benches and food prep areas — carrying the same food-safe, easy-to-clean construction through to bigger jobs.
