Vikan Tube Brush, Medium Bristle, 40 mm
Description
Tube Brush, Ø40 mm x 500 mm, Hard (Vikan)
The Vikan Tube Brush Ø40 mm is a hard-bristle brush for cleaning bottles, tubes, pipes, valves and the hard-to-reach gaps and crevices on machinery and conveyor belts. The 500 mm twisted stainless steel shaft is flexible enough to follow curves and bends, and the Ø40 mm head suits mid-sized pipes and tubes.
The hard bristles are thicker, so they scrub and dislodge stubborn soils like fatty deposits, grease, dried batter and biofilm when used with a cleaning solution. The bristles are twisted directly into the brush, which lowers the risk of bristle loss. The brush is lightweight, easy to clean and has a drop-shaped hanging hole that stops liquid pooling and makes storage easy. It is made in Denmark from polypropylene, polyester (PBT) and stainless steel (AISI 304Cu). It is designed for food manufacturing, retail and service, and its colour coding supports hygienic zoning and 5S lean programs.
