Description
Hand Scoop, 2 Litre (Vikan)
The Vikan 2 Litre Hand Scoop is the larger scoop in the range, for moving bulk food ingredients and large amounts of food waste. It is lightweight and durable. It is made in one piece, so there are no crevices where bacteria can collect, and the smooth surface cleans easily. With double the capacity of the 1 litre scoop, each pass moves more material. That speeds up production and reduces waste on high-volume jobs.
The flat sides and base let users scrape the inside of storage bins cleanly. The scoop handles fine powders, grains, wet ingredients and ice, and the ergonomic grip helps reduce strain over a shift. A handle notch lets it rest securely on the side of a Vikan bucket, and the drop-shaped hanging hole stops liquid pooling and makes storage easy. It is made in Denmark from polypropylene, and its colour coding supports hygienic zoning plans and 5S lean programs.
