Xit Odour Destroyer
Description
Xit Odour Destroyer doesn't just mask smells — it neutralises them at the molecular level, making it a genuinely effective solution for commercial environments where ordinary air fresheners fall short.
Formulated to be non-hazardous (confirmed not classified as hazardous under GHS-7) and fully biodegradable, Xit is safe to use across a wide range of commercial settings without the handling precautions or storage restrictions that come with harsher odour-control chemicals. It's fully water soluble and supplied as a concentrate — use neat for heavy-duty, stubborn odours, or dilute for everyday maintenance spraying.
Available in 5L and 20L — sized for both regular commercial use and larger-volume trade orders.
Ideal for:
Commercial washrooms and waste/bin storage areas
Vehicle fleets, cabs and transport odour control
Hospitality, retail and facility maintenance teams
Any commercial cleaning program needing a genuinely safe, low-hazard odour solution
Why choose Xit Odour Destroyer:
Neutralises odours at the source rather than masking them
Non-hazardous per GHS-7 classification — simpler handling and storage for your team
Fully biodegradable and water soluble
Supplied as a concentrate in 5L or 20L — dilute to suit the job, or use neat for tough odours
Suitable for commercial cleaning equipment and daily maintenance spraying
