Freight Policy:
Free freight for all orders over $250 +GST within 50km of any of our branch locations (rural delivery is additional)
Branch locations;
Keri Keri (Far North), Whangarei, Auckland Region (Pukekohe to Rodney), Rotorua City, Wellington Region, Christchurch Region, Dunedin Region
Unfortunately outside these areas there will be freight attached, please don't hesitate to contact us for a freight quote

Delivery Promise:
Orders received prior to 11am for agreed stocked items will be dispatched same day, aimed for next day delivery (local only)
Inter-island 2 days and Rural Delivery is an additional 1-2 days
Returns Policy:
Of course for any faulty or damaged goods its your choice, you can either return or replace. Just let us know withing 7 working days of delivery. If goods are damaged please also send us a photo if you can and send your request to orders@hygienedirect.nz
Any Machinery or Equipment returns refund and/or replacement will be at the discresion of the manufacurer
Unfortunately if you have ordered the incorrect product there will be a minimal pick up and re delivery fee.
