Description
Tube Brush – Ø10mm x 480mm, hard, Yellow (Vikan)
This 480mm tube brush from Vikan is purpose-built for cleaning bottles, tubes, pipes and other hard-to-reach spaces such as gaps and crevices on machinery and conveyor belts. Colour-coded Yellow for hygienic zoning, it's a practical addition to any 5S lean cleaning programme across food manufacturing, food retail, hospitality and food service environments.
The hard bristles are twisted directly into a flexible stainless steel shaft, letting the brush negotiate curves and bends inside pipework and tubing while resisting bristle loss during repeated use. This makes it effective for scrubbing out stubborn residues like fatty deposits, dried batter and biofilms, particularly in clean-in-place (CIP) applications and drain cleaning.
Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, this brush reduces user fatigue during extended cleaning tasks, and its simple construction makes it easy to clean, sanitise and maintain to a high hygiene standard. A drop-shaped hanging hole at the end prevents liquid pooling and keeps storage tidy.
